Try all day to target a Body Emotional State of Feeling Calm
Darkness cannot exist where there is light. When you continually focus your mind on feeling relaxed, refueled, positive and confident inside, your stress and anxiety will dissolve.
If your stress and anxiety persist, create a PIPS (Problem Identification Problem Solving) Journal where you list your 1 to 3 most pressing reasons for your worry and fear, and then list the 1 to 3 most important actions you will take to dwell on the solution rather than the problem.
Remember to keep building your mind’s discipline to return to a positive Body Emotional State all day long.
